Special Issue on JoMaC

Authors of papers presented at this conference and within the scope of International Journal of Mechanics and Control (JoMaC) may submit a technically extended version to the Special Issue dedicated to selected contributions from the 12th IEEE International Workshop on Metrology for AeroSpace – MetroAeroSpace 2025.

The Journal is addressed to scientists and engineers who work in the field of mechanics (mechanics, machines, systems, control, structures). It is edit in Turin (Northern Italy) by ASTRA M B S.r.l., an international publishing house. It will have not advertising. Turin is a city that has a great and long tradition in mechanics and automation of mechanics systems.
The journal, that does not contain advertising, aims at satisfying the need of young researches to have their work published on a qualified paper in a short time, and of the need of the public to read the results of the researcher as fast as possible.
Interested parties will be University Departments, Private or Public Research Centres, Innovative Industries.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• The papers must be written in proper scientific English and formatted using the official JoMaC template
• Contributions must be substantially revised and extended versions of the original conference papers, including:
• At least 50% new content (text, figures, results)
• A new title, abstract, and updated references
• Each submission will undergo peer-review by two or more reviewers, coordinated by the Guest Editors

IMPORTANT DATES

• Deadline for final submission of extended papers: 1st March 2026
• Publication date: June 2026 (Issue J27A)

REVIEW AND SUBMISSION PROCESS

Authors of selected papers will be contacted by the Guest Editors with instructions for submission.

Each article will require:

• The original conference paper
• The extended manuscript
• Reviewers' reports
• The final version of the article
• A signed copyright form

ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC)

Each accepted article is subject to an APC of 366.00 € (VAT included) to cover editorial and publication costs.
